User Data Deletion Instructions

Safe4Talk values your privacy. In compliance with Facebook Platform policies, Google API Services User Data Policy, GDPR, and LGPD, we provide the following instructions on how to request the deletion of your data.

How to request data deletion

The fastest way to delete your data is using the automated form below. Enter the email linked to your account:

If you want to unsubscribe from our application, please enter your email address below:

Alternatively, you can request data deletion via email. If you signed up or logged in using Facebook Login or Google Login:

  1. Send an email to our Data Protection Team at privacy@safe4talk.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. In the email body, please include your full name and specify that your account is linked via Facebook or Google Login.

Alternatively, you may remove the app permissions directly through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites.
  3. Find Safe4Talk in the list of active apps.
  4. Click Remove to revoke access.

Note: Once we receive your request via email or a revocation notification from Facebook or Google, we will initiate the data deletion process.

Types of Data Deleted

Upon your request, the following data will be permanently removed/anonymized:

  • Profile information (Name, Email Address, Profile Picture).
  • Social Provider User IDs (Facebook/Google) and authentication tokens.
  • Any application-specific preferences stored purely for your user session.

Deletion Timeframe

Your data will be completely deleted from our systems within 30 days of the request verification.
